Our charity shop Opening hours | How to donate items | Volunteer for our shop | Shop online Located in the Welcome Centre at the Bristol Royal Infirmary, you’ll find our friendly charity shop (previously called fundraising hub) open to staff, patients, families and visitors. Here, you can meet our wonderful volunteers, learn more about the work of Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity, discover ways to get involved, and browse a lovely range of merchandise — including books, knitted goods, cards, gifts and more. Our shop is run by an amazing team of staff and volunteers who help raise awareness of the charity while supporting vital fundraising activities. Just opposite the shop, we also host regular craft pop‑ups, and you’ll often find our friendly lottery team in the space too. If you’re unable to visit us in person, we also have a smaller selection of items available through our online shop, so you can still shop in support of your hospitals wherever you are. CHARITY SHOP DONATIONS We're in need of donations for our charity including knitted goods, crafts and books. We are a small shop with limited storage so please get in touch first if you have items to donate on [email protected]. Items we accept: Handmade knitted goods i.e. children and baby cardigans and jumpers.
