This is a flexible role which involves supporting our busy fundraising team on a range of administrative duties, helping to transform the experiences patients have in our hospitals. Tasks will range from sending out fundraising materials to existing and new supporters, prepping materials for campaigns and fundraising events, undertaking research to help us identify new opportunities, keeping our database and systems up to date. As an Office Volunteer, you’ll meet fantastic people and gain a deeper understanding of the charity sector while building the confidence and interpersonal skills that look great on your CV. With your support, we can bring even more moments of joy, comfort and hope to those who need it most in our ten hospitals across Bristol and Weston. Skills and experience We’re looking for people who are: Reliable and able to commit at least 6 months Well organised and have good attention to detail IT literate Good communicators; in person and on the telephone Team players Experience of working in an office environment is beneficial though not essential.
