The Bristol branch of Michelmores law firm have chosen Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity (formerly Above & Beyond) as charity of the year.

After receiving a number of nominations from various Bristol charities, the staff selected Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity.

The partnership with the charity will see the firm raise funds for the area of greatest need within the hospitals.

The team already have a number of fundraising events in the pipeline, including quizzes, sweepstakes and dress-down days. 

Paul Beanlands, CSR partner for the Bristol office, said: "It is a priority for us as a firm that we actively engage and support the communities where we live and work.  We are delighted to be supporting such a fantastic charity.

“We are looking forward to some exciting fundraising activities this year and are committed to raising a significant amount of money for the organisation as the work they are doing is invaluable.”
