THE DIFFERENCE YOU COULD MAKE

Tommy's is the organiser and official charity partner of the London Landmarks Half Marathon. They fund vital research into the causes and prevention of miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth and pregnancy complications.

We understand how devastating pregnancy and baby loss can be. That's why we've been funding projects at Bristol maternity hospital, St Michael's Hospital, to help bring moments of comfort and hope to families when they need it most.

Here are just a few of the things we've funded to support these families.

Refurbishment of the Mortuary Viewing Room at St Michaels Hospital

Snowdrop bereavement spaces

We've transformed eight hospital spaces in St Michael’s Hospital and Weston General Hospital so snowdrop families are surrounded by gentle, calming environments.

Baby Ianto being transferred to Bristol Childrens Hospital in the transport incubator

NICU TRANSPORT INCUBATOR

The transport incubator, designed specifically for NICU patients’ needs, transfers the poorliest babies safely from St Michael’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to Bristol’s Children’s Hospital to receive critical care.

Ward 76 refurbishment at St Michaels Hospital

CREATING COMFORT ON WARD 76

We’ve been able to transform Ward 76 at St Michael’s Hospital into a more welcoming, homely space for families who need extra care in the early days of their baby’s life.

Please help us fund more projects like this by joining #TeamBWHC in the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
