Purpose‑Driven Sales That Make a Difference

Cause‑Related Marketing (CRM) is a powerful way to strengthen your marketing strategy while driving sales.

A CRM partnership is mutually beneficial - supporting your business to achieve sustainable growth, while providing vital funding for your local hospitals in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.

By donating a percentage of profits or a set amount from product sales, you can demonstrate your purpose‑driven values and show a clear commitment to the NHS and the communities you serve. This allows your customers to support an important cause every time they choose your brand.

THE BENEFITS TO YOU

BRISTOL TWENTY CASE STUDY

Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity is proud to be partnered with Bristol Twenty Tea & Coffee Co, who have now raised more than £18,500 throughout our eight year partnership through Cause Related Marketing of their charitable blend.

The blend is called ‘21TEN – Roy Ireland Memorial Blend’ in memory of the company’s founder who passed away in 2017 following his third bout of cancer. In 2018, the family pledged to donate £1 from every sale to the Bristol Royal Infirmary, in thanks for the care Roy received.

1.4 million cups. 18 tonnes of coffee. £18,500 raised.

Over the course of the partnership, Bristol Twenty customers have purchased an incredible 18 tonnes of the special blend, which equates to roughly 1.4 million cups of coffee, helping to raise a staggering £18,500.

Rory Ireland, Director of Bristol Twenty, said:

“The Memorial Blend has consistently been one of our most popular coffees and is now our second biggest seller. While flavour and quality are always the most important factors for customers, I think knowing that £1 from every pack sold supports Bristol & Weston Hospital Charity gives people an extra reason to choose it. The story behind the coffee has definitely helped strengthen its position within our range and encouraged repeat purchases.”

“We’re incredibly proud of the partnership. Supporting a charity that has such a meaningful connection to dad and to the Bristol community makes the collaboration particularly special.

“It allows us to combine something people enjoy every day – coffee – with raising funds for an important cause.”

"We are so grateful for the honour of working with Bristol & Weston Hospital Charity."
