Participant terms and conditions 

These terms & conditions apply to anyone registering for a guaranteed charity place with BWHC, in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2025.  

By registering for one of our charity places, you agree to comply with the following:  

1. Anyone signing up for a charity place must complete their registration on the Run for Charity platform before the deadline to guarantee their place.  

2. By registering for a charity place, all funds raised must be for Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity. 

3. By signing up for a charity place you are committing to raise a minimum of £200 (excluding GiftAid) for the charity.  

4. You must have raised a minimum of 50% of your fundraising target (i.e. £100) through your online fundraising page (or other means) by 24th June 2025.  

• If you have not done this, or have not responded to the charity’s attempts to get in touch with you, Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity reserves the right to cancel your place.  

5. If you are unable to take part in the challenge after registration for any reason or are struggling to hit the fundraising target, you must notify Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity as soon as possible. 

6. Fundraising activity should be done in accordance with guidance provided by the charity and in accordance with the fundraising teams and conditions.
