Noby Paul, a staff nurse at the Bristol Royal Infirmary (BRI) has today left Bristol to embark on an epic charity challenge - driving from England to India.

Having worked at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust since 2002, Noby has decided to fundraise for Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity.

He's taking on the challenge with his brother and will drive for 60 days and through 20 countries -  a total of 20,000 miles. They're aiming to raise £10,000 for patients at their families at the BRI.

Noby said: "Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a significant impact on this worth cause - one that is deeply meaningful to me.

"Your generosity will be genuinely appreciated, and I am immensely grateful for any support you can offer. Together, let's make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most."
